Yimma – a word that carries generations of love and strength. It’s the name our grandmother, Gida, lovingly called our mother, and the one our mom now uses with us.

Two women who taught us to dream without limits and to believe that anything is possible.

Originally from Salt, Jordan, Gida brought with her to St. Louis, Missouri in 1980 not only her roots, but a deep love for feeding others. Cooking was her way of showing love—a way of nurturing both body and soul—and it remains the heart of our family’s connection to our heritage.
